Abstract

This paper mainly discusses relationship between party and government in light of a new research perspective:the leadership of party and government management.The paper elaborates that relationship between party and government is not a simple problem of separation or not.To cope well with relationship between them,the more important is to determine location of two respectively.This paper puts forward solution of this problem from the party administers cadres to the party leads cadres.
