Historical Changes in the Relations between the Party and Government Since the Foundation of the Chinese Communist Party

Ruling party must deal with the relationship between party and the government,which is can not avoid the theoretical and practical problems in that politic party,especially for the proletarian party.Since the establishment of the Chinese Communist Party,the relation between the party and government has undergone three stages,and gradually realized the breakthrough about the traditional model of party and government relations.In this process of twisting explorations,we acquired success,and learned many lessons.If we want to handle well between party and government in the new situation,we should pay attention to the following points.Firstly,we should improve the awareness of power,understanding the respective roles of party and government departments.Secondly,we should give full play to the function of people's congresses,and adhere to the rule of law and govern the country by law,and regulate the function of the party and state boundaries.
