On the Constructing the"Harmonious"Relation between Party and Government

Abstract

Lacking of criterion of the relation between party and government and working mechanism of the party makes the inner-party power relation and relation between party and government to produce a lot of problems.These problems have destroyed the due harmonious relation between Party organization and public organ of state power.We should adjust the standardization that the relation between party and government to realize the relation between party and government finally with legal system through the system of realizing inner-party democracy.
