Abstract
Objective:observation therapeutic result of spasm after apoplexy with head acupuncture integrating musculature acupuncture methods.Methods:60 patients with spasm after apoplexy, were divided into treatment group 30 cases(head acupuncture integrating musculature acupuncture methods)and control group 30 cases(traditional acupuncture methods). After 30 days, applying the methods of Ashworth measuring scale,Fugl-Meyer motor function functional evaluation and ALD evaluation, compare therapeutic effect of prior treatment and post-treatment.Result:Post-treatment,the Ashworth grade of patients with head acupuncture integrating musculature acupuncture methods cut down(P0.05),effective power of relieving spasm was 83.3%;Post-treatment,it is striking difference(P0.05,Fugl-meyer)between treatment group and control group;it is striking difference(P0.05,ALD)between prior treatment and post-treatment.it is striking difference(P0.05)between treatment group and control group. Conclusion:Head acupuncture integrating musculature acupuncture methods is superior to traditional acupuncture methods for patients with spasm after apoplexy,it has good therapeutic effect for Cutting down muscular tension and relieving muscle spasm.
