Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy in joint treatment of stroke sequela by tongue acupuncture and head acupuncture.Method: In 77 cases, stroke sufferers were divided into two groups randomly according to the order of treatment, in which 56 cases were jointly treated by tongue acupuncture and head acupuncture, the other 21 cases were treated by traditional acupuncture, curative effect was observed afer two periods of treatment.Results: The total effective rate is 96.4% in joint treatment, while the relative group is 76.1%, the comparison of two groups, χ2=0.491,P0.05.Conclusion:Curative effect in joint treatment of stroke sequela by tongue acupuncture and head acupuncture is satisfying and superior to it in traditional acupuncture.
