Abstract
[Objective] To develop a rapid,specific and sensitive method for the detection of streptococcus suis.[Methods] DNA was extracted from the blood(anticoagulation) of patients with suspected Streptococcus suis infection as template,and then synthesized the primers to detect 16 Sr RNA,cps2J,mrp,ef.[Results] PCR Amplification results confirmed that the suspected patient was infected with streptococcus suis II.[Conclusion] PCR Reaction System is a rapid,specific and sensitive method for the detection of serotype of streptococcus suis.
