Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinic efficacy of itraconazole(ICZ)combined with metronidazole clotrimazole and chlorhexidine aceta(MCCA)in the treatment of candidal vulvovaginitis(CV)so as to provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 126CV patients were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the group A:63patient treated with MCCA,and the group B: 63patient treated with ICZ combined with MCCA,then the clinical efficacy, the incidence of adverse reaction, and the reoccurrence rate were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The clinical effective rate of the group A was 63.5%,the group B 85.7%,the clinical efficacy of the group B was significantly better than that of the group A(P0.05);the incidence rate of clinical adverse reactions of the group A was 15.9%,the group B 17.5%,the difference between the two groups was not significant;the reoccurrence rate of the group A was 23.8%,the group B 6.3%,the difference between the two groups was significant(P0.05).CONCLUSIONICZ combined with MCCA can achieve significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of CV with lower incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence,it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
