The Expressions of p27 Protein in Breast Carcinoma

Abstract
To explore the relationship between expression of p27 protein and its biological behaviours and prognosis in breast cancer.Detecting the expression of p27 protein in breast carcinoma with SP immunohistochemical method.The expression of p27 protein was negative correlated with histological types and differentiations and lymphnode metastasis,but positive correlated with prognosis.[Conclusions]Detecting the expressive levels of p27 protein in breast carcinoma plays important significance in forecasting aggressive of disease,metastasis,prognosis,and choice of rational therapeutic regimen after surgery.
