Analysis on Utilization of Chinese Patent Medicines in Our Hospital During 2009-2011

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the utilization of Chinese patent medicines in our hospital for clinical references of rational use of drugs.METHODS: The consumption amount and consumption sum data of Chinese patent medicines in our hospital during 2009-2011 were collected for statistical analysis regarding annual consumption sum,DDDs and DDC.RESULTS: The consumption amount of Chinese patent medicines in our hospital during 2009-2011 period showed an upward trend with DDDs showing satisfactory synchronism.CONCLUSION: The utilization of Chinese patent medicines in our hospital was basically rational.
