Abstract
AbstrcatEffects of pH and temperature on the protease activity in the digestive system of Rana rugulosa were analyzed by Folin-method in this paper. The optimum pH value of protease in esophagus, stomach, duodenum, ileum, rectum and pancreas was 1.5, 1.5, 7.4, 7.4, 7.4 and 9.6, respectively. Their optimum temperature were equally 50℃. According to the characteristic of protease, some advice on the artificial culture of frog was given in this paper.
