Clinecal Effect and Comparsion of Remifentanil and Sufentanil Intravenous Anesthesia in Elderly Patients

Objective To compare remifentanil and sufentanil intravenous anesthesia in elderly surgical anesthesia.Methods Elective abdominal surgery in 100 elderly patients divided into observation and control group,the observation group used remifentanil anesthesia,the control group used sufentanil anesthesia,the anesthetic effect of two groups were compared.Results The diffevence of the blood pressure and heart rate were no significant in the observation group's patients(P0.05).The blood pressure and heart rate were increased in the control group's patients(P0.05).And the observation group spontaneous breathing recovery time,wake time and orientation recovery time were significantly better than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Remifentanil using for elderly surgical anesthetic effect was better,more stable hemodynamics,faster postoperative recovery,and worthy of promotion.
