Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of remifentanil for target controlled infusion in anesthesia for thoracic surgery in elderly patients. Methods 30 elderly patients undergoing thoracic surgery were randomly divided into two groups:sufentanil(S group)and remifentanil group(R group). All patients adjusted depth of anesthesia according to bispectral index(BIS)and the MAP,HR,BIS,analgesic effect, untoward effect of each period were observed. Results The MAP,HR and analgesic effect of two groups were caompared, and no significant difference. At the end of thoracic operation,BIS of R group was higher than S group(P 0.05),and the time of extubation of R group was shorter, adverse drug reaction of R group has less adverse reaction. Conclusion Remifentanil has a rapid onset and faster wake up quickly,so remifentanil for target controlled infusion in anesthesia for thoracic surgery in elderly patients is worth popularizing.
