Service-Oriented Government:The Objective Choice of Governmental Reform in the Process of Building a Harmonious Society

At present,building a harmonious society is the determinant factor in further promoting and keeping rapid development of economy in the key period of economic transition and social transformation of China. Building a service-oriented government is both the model governmental reform chooses in the process of building a harmonious society and the important guarantee of realizing the objective of a harmonious society. This paper analyzes the dialectical relationship between harmonious society construction and service-oriented government construction,on the basis of which it proposes the effective approach to constructing a service-oriented government in China.
