A Study on the Measurement of the Level of Urban-rural Integration in Jiangxi Province

This study is to measure the level of urban-rural integration in Jiangxi province.Based on the theoretical analysis,this paper construct an evaluation index system and measure the level of urban-rural integration in 11 areas of Jiangxi province by using the principal component analysis.The results show that economic foundation is the main factors of the level of urban-ural integration.To improve the level of urban-rural integration in Jiangxi province in period of rapid industrialization,we must strengthen the industry support of the urbanization development,and make efforts to increase farmers' income,and provide rural with better infrastructure.
