Consideration on the measures for tapping the growth potential of agriculture in China

The 17th Congress of the Communist Party of China paid great attention to tapping the inner potential of income increase and increasing farmers' incomes.In view of the current situation in rural areas,it is defintely necessary to develope agriculture through science and technology,to develope economies of scale and to industrialize operations.The writer believes it necessary to specialize agriculture and put it to the market,to enhance the rural ecological agriculture and ecological tourism,to actively promote the shift of rural labor force and to develope the labor economy.
