Abstract
Agriculture is becoming a weak industry because of subject loss in agricultural production and rural economy development in China,and the lack of sustainable and high-quality farmers that work in this area.There is an urgent need to overcome the negative effects of The elderly agriculture.In view of the causes of the aged agriculture,this paper puts forwards measures,such as the implementation of favorable policies,to enhance the attraction of agriculture,to increase technical composition of agriculture industry,to lighten the working strength in agriculture,to realize the industrialization and to attract those who are able to farm and desire to invest in agriculture etc.,so that to overcome the negative effects of ageing labor force in agriculture.
