Abstract

The effects of facts on esterification of hexanoic aicd and ethanol by immobilized lipase in solvent have been studied, such as water content, solvents, reaction temperature, amounts of lipase added et al.After 8h,The conversion yield in ethyl hexanoate synthesis by immobilized lipase was 82.69% in 15 ml of cyclihexane with 0.1g lipase, and 0.4% of water,of 8% immobilized enzyme humidity, added 1.0g of molecular sieve at 30℃.
