Influence of implementing responsibility midwifery on nursing quality in delivery room

Objective To investigate the influence of implementing responsibility midwifery on nursing quality in delivery room. Methods 240 cases of women in labour in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2013 were selected,and were divided into study group and control group,120 cases in each group,the control group were given with conventional nursing midwifery,the study group were given with maternal full responsibility midwifery delivery,delivery was compared between the two groups. Results The time of each stage of the production process in the study group was shorter than that in the control group respectively(P0.05).In the study group,fetal distress were 8 cases,1 case of neonatal asphyxia emergence occurred,2 cases of postpartum hemorrhage,the incidence rate was lower than that of the control group(P 0.05);the average amount of postpartum bleeding was(76.22±9.14) ml,less than(117.13±8.36) ml of the control group, the difference was significant(P0.05). Conclusion The implementation of responsibility midwifery in childbirth period can shorten the lying in women′s delivery time,reduce the occurrence of postpartum complications,is conducive to improve the quality of nursing in delivery room,worthy of promotion.
