The application effect of responsibility midwifery on improving maternal perinatal birth quality

Objective To investigate the responsibility midwifery effect on perinatal birth quality.Methods A total of 100 cases of puerperae were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was given routine nursing, the obser-vation group was given responsibility midwifery, nursing quality were compared between the two groups in the perinatal period.Results Health knowledge awareness rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the first stage of labor, the second stage of labor, the third stage of labor, the total labor time were less than those in the control group, quantity of intrapartum hemorrhage was less than that in the control group with statistical significance （P〈0.05） .The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group were higher than that in the control group, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was less than that in the control group, the rate of neonatal asphyxia was sig-nificantly lower than that in the control group, nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance （ P〈0.05）.Conclusions Responsibility midwifery can increase maternal childbirth knowledge, promote the progress of labor, increase the rate of vaginal delivery;it is a model of obstetrical department care to ensure maternal and child health and the quality.
