Abstract
Objective: To analysis effect of extraction of genomic DNA of different forest plants through improved CTAB method and find a method which can be widely used for extracting genomic DNA of different forest plants. Methods: This thesis takes the improved CTAB method to isolate and purify the genomic DNA from 22 trees, and taking the analysis of fixing quality and quantity, analysising enzymatic digestion. Results: This method can remove polysaccharides and other secondary metabolites and can get high quality DNA.Conclusion: This method is a suitable way for genomic DNA extraction of different forest plants in laboratory.
