2% Fusidic Acid Cream in the Treatment of Bacterial Infected Skin Diseases:A Multicenter Clinical Observation on Efficacy and Safety

Abstract

Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy and safety by 2% Fusidic acid cream in the treatment of bacterial infected skin diseases.Methods Multicenter,opening study.The 2% Fusidic acid cream was applied topically to the affected areas of the body twice daily for 7 days.Results A total of 73 cases with bacterial infected skin diseases were recruited into the study.The results showed that it was cured in 41 cases(56.16%),significantly effective in 29 cases(39.73%),turned to better in 3 cases(4.11%),and invalid in 0 case.The total effective rate was 95.89%.There was no adverse effect to be observed when the course of treatment was completed.Conclusion There is satisfactory clinical efficacy and safety when 2% Fusidic acid cream was treated topically in bacterial infected skin diseases.
