Breeding of Hybrid Rape Youyan 11 with Low Erucic,Low Glucosinolate and Higher Oil Content

Abstract

The hybrid rape variety with higher yield,higher oil content,low erucic and low glucosinolate plays an important role in rape production and development.Youyan 11 was bred from 8778A sterile line with double-low content×HO restorer line with double-low content.The oil and erucic contents of Youyan 11 are 43.66%,0.76% respectively and its glucosinolate content of rape cake is 24.23 μmol/g.The seed and oil yields of Youyan 11 are 8.18%,(17.44%) higher than those of Youyan 7 separately.
