Abstract

Youyan 1707 is a hybrid rape combination from the recessive GMS line 8227A with yellow seeds,low erucic acid and low glucosinolate content× the restore line 898 with low erucic acid and low glucosinolate content.The average yield in the regional and production tests was 159.12 kg/667m2 and 174.33 kg/667m2,10.73% and 24.74% higher than Shuza 6(CK) during 2005～2006 respectively.The erucic acid,glucosinolate and oil content was 0.18%,18.57 μmol/g(cake) and 42.27% separately.
