Abstract
Psychological contract is introduced into the small and medium-sized enterprises to explore effective management strategy for small and medium enterprises employees. The empirical research is based on the literature review and questionnaire of 70 employee psychological contract status in Fujian 4 enterprises. The results show that psychological contract is composed by the corporate responsibility and employee obligations with normative responsibility,developmental responsibility and interpersonal responsibility three latitudes in the small and medium-sized enterprises. Small and medium-sized enterprises should be based on different stages of employee occupation career development to formulate the psychological contract management countermeasures from business organizations and employees.
