Objective:To retrospectively analyze 58 cases of malignant obstructive jaundice. Methods: Fifty eight patients with malignant obstructive jaundice, male 30, female 28, with an average age (60±29) years, all patients were examined by CT and MRI. All patients were treated by PTCD or biliary stent placement, 28 patients were given postoperative TACE treatment, 3 patients underwent PTGD. Results: All 58 cases of bile duct puncture in patients with successfully placed biliary drainage tube or placed stents, the bilirubin (TBL, DBL, IBL) decreased to normal in 50 cases, no significant drop in 5 cases, increased in 3 cases, 28 treated by routine TACE treatment, 6 cases by PTGD treatment. Conclusion: PTCD and biliary stent placement are feeective to alleviate obstructive jaundice.
