Abstract
Candida valida was used to produce lipase. The optimization of fermentation condition about culture medium composition and culture condition of extracellular lipase produced was as follows:polyethanolen olive oil and glucose as carbon source, peptone and urea as nitrogen source, yeast extract 4.5g/L,MgSO4.7H2O 0.4g/L,K2HPO4 3.5g/L;culture temperature 30℃,initial pH 7.0,inoculation volume 10%,speed of agitation 180r/min culturing 24h.Under these conditions, the maximum lipase activity of the Candida valida can reach up to 12U/mL.
