Abstract

Fluoride has a significant effect on the quality of chemical oxidation film of Al.Thus a standard addition curve method was combined with fluoride reagent spectrophotometry so as to fast and accurately determine the content of fluoride in the chemical oxidation solution. The calibration equation with standard addition was suggested as A=0.377 0 C + 0.015 8.The correlation coefficient was calculated to be 0.999 6,and the recovery rate was within 95.9%~101.8%.The title method was simple, rapid and accurate.
