Abstract
An ion-selective eiectrode method was developed for the determination of the fluoride concentration at mg/L level.Fluoride ISE was preactivated in 0.5 mol/L H-2SO-4 medium and then fluoride was determined in TISAM medium. The linear range for the determination of fluoride is between 1.00 ×10~(-2)~1.00 ×10~(-7) mol/L,and the detection limit of the method is 1.9 μg/L.The method has been used for the determination of trace fluoride in tea drink, drinking water and milk with satisfactory results.A possible mechanism for the activation of FISE was proposed.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
