Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of Remifentanil and Propofol intravenous anesthesia in burn surgery. Methods: From November 2008 to March 2009 in our hospital,44 patients underwent burn operation were randomly divided into two groups, observation group(23 cases) was given Remifentanil and Propofol intravenous anesthesia, control group(21 cases) was given Fentanyl and Propofol intravenous anesthesia. Results: The state of consciousness to restore of the observation group was better than that of the control group, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05);the analgesic effect of the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P0.05);there was no significant adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion: Remifentanil and Propofol intravenous anesthesia in burn surgery has satisfactory curative effect and no significant adverse reactions,it is worth applying.
