The Clinical Application of Target Controlled Intravenous Anesthesia for Propofol Combined with Remifentanil in Operation of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effect of target controlled intravenous anesthesia for propofol combined with remifentanil and intravenous anesthesia. Methods 112 patients with gallbladder laparoscopic operation were selected as the research object,which were treated by propofol and remifentanil for anesthesia,were divided into intravenous anesthesia group and target controlled intravenous anesthesia group with 56 cases in each group according to the mode of anesthesia. The recovery time of anesthesia of the two groups was observed and adverse reactions were compared. Results The time for opening eyes,directional force recovery,recovery of spontaneous respiration,extubation time and time to leave the recovery room in the target controlled intravenous anesthesia group were significantly lower than those in the intravenous anesthesia group( P 0. 05). The adverse reactions in the two groups had no statistical significance(P 0. 05). Conclusion For the target controlled intravenous anesthesia for propofol combined with remifentanil or remifentanil,the anesthesia recovery has been fast and it has had less adverse reactions and been better for clinical application than intravenous anesthesia.
