Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical and MRI differential expression of patients with acute cerebral infarction caused by Moderate to severe middle cerebral artery stenosis.Method:A retrospective analysis in clinical data of acute cerebral infarction patients in author's hospital was done, all patients were divided into moderate stenosis(group A) and severe stenosis(group B) in accordance with the degree of middle cerebral artery stenosis, differences in the clinical and magnetic resonance were summarized.Result:Moderate middle cerebral artery stenosis leading to acute cerebral infarction patients who were older than 60 years were less than the number of patients with acute cerebral infarction caused by severe middle cerebral artery stenosis, and the difference was statistically significance(P0.05);From a clinical point of view, moderate middle cerebral artery stenosis was more likely to lead to lacunar infarction, from MRI point of view, the deep small infarction as its main types, severe middle cerebral artery stenosis was more likely to cause partial anterior circulation infarction and cortex infarction, and there was significant difference between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:The degree of middle cerebral artery stenosis and age, infarct types are related, and can cause significant differences in clinical and MRI.
