Abstract
Objective To investigate the level of apheresis autologous platelet activation in storage time and its clinical effect in the efficacy of platelet transfusion therapy.Methods The activation markers CD62p and CD63 of 30 apheresis autologous platelet samples were detected on 0 and 5 days of platelet preservation by flow cytometry.The platelets counts before and after platelet transfusion were observed.Results CD62p and CD63 levels increased with prolong of storage time(P0.001).After transfusion,the platelets count in patients were higher than before(P 0.05).The efficiency of transfusion was 53.3%.Conclusion Despite the fact that the level of activation is higher,the preservative autologous platelet can increase the platelets count significantly after transfusion and has certain therapeutic efficacy.
