Abstract

The article analyzes the financial characteristics of venture enterprises,and puts forward such investment strategies for venture investment organizations as:the moderate diversification of risk,reasonable time and may of investment,adequate liquidity of the venture capital,and the article analyzes what the venture investment organizations in china should pay attention to when making investment decision as well.
