Abstract

More attention has been paid to the importance of venture investment as a new financial medium all over the world.Facts show that the successful development of venture investment plays an active role in the evolution of new high_tech industry and economy.Compared with that in the advanced countries and areas in the world,the venture investment in our country has just started and still has a great step ahead.Related research on venture investment must be enhanced to improve the developing level of venture investment, establish and perfect the system of venture investment operation in our country.
