On the Principle of Product Liability Law

No law doesn't pay close attention to the principle problem, no principle no law. There are principles in the law of product liability, and not only does they reflects the nature of product liability law ,but also they have formed principle systems, including the basic principle of product liability law, the imputation principle of product liability and the compensating principle of product liability. In spite of these principles belonging to different levels, acting different actions, they are closely linked. Knowing and exactly defining them is beneficial to make a thorough study of the law institution about product liability, and to scientifically draft it.
