On the strict liability principle in the product quality law

The strict liability principle is a very important liability principle for products developed to fit in with the needs of social economic development and it is a cardinal basis to decide whether the person shall bear civil liability. It has showed great vitality ever since it came into being and has been playing a decisive role in the field of product liability law. 《Product Quaility Law》 of our country is a legal norm of great importance which adopts strict liability principle. But in view of different liability main bodies,it's not taking strict liability principle as a unified liability principle for products. So in the liability law for products of our country, a correct comprehension on the liability principle for products and a correct application of the strict liability principle have a rather direct bearing on the lawful rights and interest of producers, salers and consumers and the realization of the social justice.
