Abstract
N-methylacetamide was prepared with methyl acetate, methylamine as raw materials. The process conditions and infl uence factors were studied. The results showed that when the molar ratio of methyl acetate to methylamine was 1.10~1.15, the auxiliary of methyl acetate accounted was 20%~30% of the raw materials, reaction temperature was 120~125℃, reaction time was 3.5~4.0 h, reaction pressure was 2.0~2.5MPa, the catalyst amount was 0.05%~0.07% of the methyl acetate, the conversion rate of methyl acetate was above 95%, the selectivity of N-methylacetamidee was 93%.
