Transaction System of Human Capital Property Right of Professional Athletes in China

The purpose of this study was to clear the system of athlete's human capital property right for establishing and improving related market and system. With the document research as the main research approach,based on human capital theory,property theory and new institutional economics theory,combined with the practice of competitive sports and successful experience of professional sports in China,this study deeply analyzed the transaction of human capital property right of professional athletes in our country. It pointed out that human capital property right transaction system of professional athletes in the market economy is conducive to the human capital investment for those families who have athletic children,to the flow of professional athletes in sports market,and to the alleviation of the heavy burden of athletes' security under nationwide system. Meanwhile,it is an important incentive to the existing human capital investment of athletes.
