Discussion on Constructing Management Culture for Adult University

Abstract

Adult university takes an important place in the lifelong education system.It undertakes the heavy responsibility of cultivating mature talents with technical ability.However,it lacks relevant management culture.This paper discusses the construction of management culture for adult university from such four aspects as guiding thoughts of running school,system building,human-oriented management,and course reform in order to meet the demands of the constantly changeable education situation.
