Abstract
Cultural management of university organizations has formed and developed under the influence of corporate culture management theory, which is a sort of management pattern based on the influence of university organization culture on the members to achieve the goal of education management.This paper points out that cultural management of university organization should set up the conception of humanistic culture, make the human-centered management goal, create a human - oriented management environment, design the humane management system and build a mechanism of human rights management. In practice, this management should also follow the fundamental principles such as the leading role of value, fair democracy, advocating respect and achieving harmony.
