The Effect of Ddecoction of Benefit Kidney and Activate Blood on 57 Cases of Early Aiabetic Nephropathy

Objective To discuss the effect of decoction of benefit kidney and activate blood on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 114 patients with early diabetic nephropathy who are treated in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2010 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group 57 cases and the observation group 57 cases.The control group received conventional treatment,observation group were used decoctio n of benefit kidney and activate blood which was based on the control group.The two groups were compared in clinical efficacy,urinary protein and blood sugar changes.Results The total effective in the observation group was 91.2% that was significantly higher than 73.7% in the control group(P 0.05);and the observation group,urine protein,blood sugar improvement effect was better than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of decoction of benefit kidney and activate blood can significantly alleviate the symptoms,lower blood glucose and urine protein.
