Qingshen Decoction Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[Objective] To observe the Qingshen decoction in treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy Clinical effect.[Methods]selection in patients with diabetic nephropathy 92 cases,were randomly divided into treatment group 52 cases and control group 40 cases in two groups,two groups were taking oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin to control blood sugar,the control group was treated with valsartan therapy,group therapy in oral valsartan combined with Qingshen decoction treatment,two groups were observed before and after treatment of fasting blood glucose,postprandial after the blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood pressure,2 hours,24 hours urinary albumin excretion rate and 24 hours urine protein quantitative change.[Results] after treatment in two groups of patients of fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood pressure and 2 hours were significantly decreased(P0.05),in the treatment group compared with the control group,no significant difference(P0.05),but 24h to reduce the urinary albumin excretion rate and 24 hours urine protein,the treatment group compared with the control group with significant difference(P0.05).[Conclusion] Qingshen decoction in treatment of diabetic nephropathy with good efficacy,especially in the lower 24h urinary albumin excretion rate and 24h urine protein has significant effects.
