Effect of Combining Huangqi Injection with Enalapril in Early DN for Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Early diabetic nephropathy(DN) treated by huangqi injection and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(Enalapril).Methods:52 patients of early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group,hypoglycemic agent and enalapril were given to both groups,huangqi Injection were only given in treatment group.Blood pressure、glucose、blood urea nitrogen(BUN)、creatinine(Cr)、urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) were tested before and after treatment.Results:UAER and urinary β2-MG in treatment group were more decreased significantly than in the control group.The two groups had significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion:The combination of huangqi injection and enalapril has a better effects in treating early diabetic nephropathy than enalapril alone.
