Practice and Researching of Three Attribute Training Modes for Higher Vocational Software Talents in School-enterprise Cooperation

As the software industry continues to mature,the software companies show a strong desire of recruiting talents who are able to adapt quickly and vocational training is the most important platform for training skilled personnel,so it is necessary to make in-depth study of how the vocational colleges do training in line with the actual needs of software companies.By practice and analysis of the current demand of skilled personnel this paper categorized them into three kinds of properties,and discussed how to cultivate personnel of these three properties in the vocational school-enterprise cooperation mode.
