Study on the Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Lonicera japonicavar.chinensis

Abstract

Using the terminal bud of Lonicera japonicavar.chinensis as experimental material,the tissue culture and rapid propagation of it were studied by shoot induction,proliferation and rooting under the culture condition of imitating nature climate.The results showed that the suitable culture medium for shoot induction was MS+KT 1.0mg/L+6-BA2.0mg/L+α-NAA 0.1mg/L;the suitable culture medium for proliferation was MS+KT 1.5mg/L+6-BA 1.5mg/L+α-NAA 0.3mg/L;the suitable culture medium for rooting was 1/2MS+α-NAA 2.0mg/L+IAA 0.15mg/L and1/2MS+α-NAA 2.0mg/L+IAA 0.20mg/L.
