On Several Considerations of Deepening a Mechanism Construction of Safeguarding Rights

If we want to carry out authority of workers' congress according to law and effectively safeguard legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff members, we should link safeguarding investors' ownership, operators' management rights with fully respecting rights of industrial democracy of workers and staff members.We must adhere to and develop a mechanism of safeguarding workers' political rights that take workers' congress system as a main body, build and perfect a coordinating mechanism of equal consultation and collective contracts that are basic interests of workers and staff members.We should also perfect and develop a supervising mechanism of safeguarding workers' rights such as knowing facts and participation, build and deepen a help mechanism of the Warmth Project, and consolidate and push a labor protection mechanism of safeguarding workers' life and health rights and interests that is a theme of creating safe and standard building sites.
