Abstract

To scientific safeguard workers rights unveils the essential attribute and basic rules of the safeguarding function of trade union.In order to realize scientific safeguarding rights,we should build up the conception and mechanism of safeguarding rights,and adopt scientific methods.Scientific safeguarding rights is a process of continuously develop the useful and discard the useless.It should be realized through innovation.
