Curative Effect Observation of Sildenafil Citrate Effecting on Pulmonary Hypertension Secondary to Congenital Heart Disease

Abstract

Objective:To explore clinical therapeutic effect of sildenafil treatment of congenital heart disease(CHD)combined pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH).Method:Selected 50 cases of CHD merge PAH cases,divided into the research group and the control group,the control group given conventional treatment,the research group on the basis of the given oral sildenafil treatment,observed the treatment effect of two group.Result:After treatment group patients PAP decline degree and PaO 2 and oxygenation index rising degree,were significantly superior to control group.No found that obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:Sildenafil treatment of CHD merger PAH,which can effectively reduce the pulmonary artery pressure,and improve heart function of patients,and no bad reaction,high safety.
