That sildenafil congenital heart disease in the clinical application of pulmonary hypertension

Objective To investigate the preoperative application of sildenafil on pulmonary hypertension in patients with congenital heart disease and reduce pulmonary vascular resistance,increased tolerance of surgical significance.Methods The group of 23 patients given preoperative oral sildenafil,1mg/kg,twice daily,for taking 7-15days.Pulmonary artery pressure before and after contrast administration to change the situation,preoperative pulmonary artery pressure changes in the postoperative situation,after January,pulmonary artery pressure changes in the situation before treatment is statistically significant.Results Of pulmonary artery pressure decreased significantly after treatment;postoperative compared with preoperative pulmonary artery pressure was significantly reduced;postoperative quality of life improved significantly.Conclusion Sildenafil can significantly reduce pulmonary artery pressure,increased tolerance to surgery,improved postoperative quality of life.
