The global teaching research was developing a common trend from the traditionalteaching-centeredtolearning-centeredthrough observing its history.Precisely,China's teaching research was also in such transformation.To transform the teaching research paradigm successfully,practitioners should follow professional paths and measures as follows:theoretical workers should lead learning-centereteaching research;teachers' group should be built as members of learning community;teachers should conduct reflective teaching research in their own classroom as a reseacher and reflective practitioner.
